2014-04-01 Code was developed by Rob Vesse (Apache ID rvesse) who is a PMC member on Apache Jena and has an ICLA on file and is being donated by his employer Cray Inc who have a CCLA on file that names him specifically.
2014-04-08 All code files now have standard ASF headers, license headers added to other relevant files (POMs, XML etc). RAT report is clean.
